We will accept returned items within 14 days of receipt by you provided the product is complete, unused and in 'as sent' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
If the item returned is not the item you requested, or is damaged or faulty, we will arrange collection at our expense or provide you with reimbursement, up to an agreed amount (to be agreed in advance) if you return the item at your expense.
If the item supplied to you is correct and you wish to return it, the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When the item is received by us we will arrange to send you a refund for the total order value including any standard delivery charges. If additional delivery charges such as Express or Next Day add-on options were included in the order, the cost of this additional service will be deducted from the refund amount.
We may make a reduction from the reinbursment for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. It may take up to 7 days, from the date of refund, for funds to appear in your account.
